1.负责锻造工程的设计、开发和实施;
2.制定锻造工艺流程和技术方案，并进行技术指导和培训,给出意见反馈；
3.负责锻造设备的选型、调试和维护;
4.负责锻造产品的质量控制和改进;

2.熟练掌握锻造设计软件，二维和三维；如UG、Pro/E、SolidWorks等；
3.具备金属型锻造工艺经验;
4.熟悉锻造设备的操作和维护;
5.具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
